We will talk to your potential buyers and make enquiries to ensure we have proof of their ability to gain funding and that they have a complete chain by asking the right questions and asking for evidence of cash deposit or Mortgage agreement in principle documents. We also take the time to check the downward and upward chain of buyers to ensure we understand the whole situation before commiting you to removing your property from the market as 'sold subject to contract'

You may also need some assistance in negotiating the purchase of your next home and we would be pleased to see if we can negotiate with the selling agent to ensure you don't overpay for your dream house. If you simply need us to give you some advice based upon our years of experience or wish us to 'drive by' a property and provide you with an informal opinion then just ask!

During the legal process we will be updating you regularly and liasing with the both your Solicitor and those acting for your buyer and the person you may be buying from - to be certain that all necessary actions are being taken and to be able to aid communication between all those involved to ensure clarity and expediency.
